Your Privacy, Held in Confidence

I.Who We Are
This policy explains how New Clone Watches, operating through https://www.reptimemagazine.store/, collects and handles your personal data and the rights you may have over it. We act as the controller of the personal data you provide to us. For data-protection questions, contact vipmike.service@gmail. comusing the details at the foot of this page.
II.What We Collect
We believe in keeping data to a minimum. To process your order, we collect only the essentials:
- Contact information: name, email, and phone number — used for order and delivery updates.
- Shipping details: a delivery address, so your order reaches you.
- Payment and reconciliation information: the transaction reference, payment method, amount, and confirmation details needed to match your Bank Wire, cryptocurrency, or manually approved PayPal payment to your order. PayPal is available only to returning customers or manually approved orders. We do not provide a stable direct-card checkout. We do not provide a Wise receiving account; if you use Wise, you do so as your own transfer tool.
- Site usage: first-party technical and aggregate usage data used to operate and improve the site, including data processed by our self-hosted Matomo installation (see Cookies, below).
III.Why We Use It & Our Legal Basis
Your data serves one purpose: looking after your order. Depending on the activity, we rely on one of the following legal bases:
- To perform our contract with you — processing and delivering your order, sending confirmations and tracking, and providing support by WhatsApp or email.
- Our legitimate interests — keeping the site secure, preventing fraud, and improving our service, balanced against your privacy.
- Your consent — only where you have opted in, such as joining our VIP list.
- Legal obligations — where tax, accounting, or other laws require us to keep certain records.
No spam: we won’t send marketing messages unless you’ve chosen to opt in — and you can opt out again at any time.
IV.How Long We Keep It
We keep personal data only as long as there is a reason to:
- Order & transaction records: retained through fulfilment and for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Payment and reconciliation records: kept only as needed to fulfil the order, handle support, prevent fraud, and meet applicable accounting or record-keeping obligations. We do not store a full direct-card credential because we do not provide a stable direct-card checkout.
- Marketing preferences: kept until you withdraw consent.
- Support correspondence: kept for a reasonable period to resolve any follow-up questions.
When data is no longer needed for these purposes, we remove it.
V.Cookies
We use essential first-party cookies to keep the site working — for example, remembering what’s in your cart. We also use a self-hosted Matomo installation on our own server for site analytics. Where required, we ask for consent before non-essential analytics cookies are used. You can manage or decline cookies through your browser settings.
VI.Who We Share It With
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We share it only where necessary to operate the site or fulfil your order — for example, with delivery partners, website hosting and security providers, and the payment networks or service providers involved in the Bank Wire, cryptocurrency, or manually approved PayPal method you choose. If you independently use Wise as your transfer tool, the information you provide to Wise is governed by your relationship with Wise; New Clone Watches does not provide a Wise receiving account. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
VII.International Transfers
We serve clients worldwide, so your data may be processed in countries outside your own. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected to a standard consistent with this policy.
VIII.Your Rights
Depending on where you live — and in particular if you are in the EU or UK under GDPR — you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Delete your data, where we are not legally required to keep it (the “right to be forgotten”).
- Restrict or object to certain processing.
- Portability — receive your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
To exercise any of these, simply contact us using the details below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
